How does your digitizing process work? Our process is simple and personalized. Start by dropping off your photos, tapes, or other items at our lab, or arrange for a convenient pickup. To make sure you’re comfortable with the project, we offer a free Sort & Quote service. We’ll walk you through every step of the digitizing process, provide a clear and competitive quote, and answer any questions before the work begins.
How do I get my originals to you? You can bring your items to our lab in Rittenhouse Square or, if you’re local, schedule a free courier pickup—your choice!
Are my originals safe with you? Absolutely. A single digitizing technician will handle your entire digitizing project from start to end using the greatest care. Plus, because we’re local, you never have to worry about shipping.
How will I receive the digital files? After digitizing, we’ll provide you with a shareable DropBox link where photos will be available as JPEG’s, and videos as MP4’s.
How much does digitizing cost? We understand the need to keep digitizing projects on a reasonable budget for your family and strive to offer fair pricing with no hidden costs.
