Video Digitizing FAQ
We'll issue you a refund for any tapes that end up being blank or a recording of TV shows. If you're not certain about a tape, there is no risk to you -- so feel free to drop it off with the rest of your items!
We accept all tape formats for digitizing. This can be anything from your standard VHS to Digital 8 to Betamax. You can also mix and match any of your analog tapes for your digitizing order!
Digital files are shared over Dropbox for your convenience. This allows you to easily organize and share your digitized videos with friends and family.
