What We Liked: This photo caught our eye due to its composition and its color. The man walking across Broad Street parallels the William Penn statue atop city hall, both in position and posture. Meanwhile, the blue haze that enshrouds the building evokes a winter chill that can strike the bone. The blue is complimented by the man’s yellow coat as well as the red stop light, which bring life into an otherwise monochromatic scene.
