From the Artist: "The image peers through a window and onto the Philadelphia streets as a figure bikes by a cafe, seemingly alone."
What We Liked: This photo shines from the simple but strong composition. Capturing it in black and white strips the image down to its core shapes and contrast. We like how the sidewalk curves to create negative space in the road. This is countered by the opposing white tables and chairs and the cafe-goers who seem to blend into them. The whole frame is then balanced by the biker who adds a sense of motion to this cityscape.
