What We Liked: Oh technology, what would we do without you! The frame-within-a-frame draws the eye, with the digital camera acting as both subject and observer. The gloved hand feels anonymous and analytical; like a detective photographing a crime scene. Diagonal lines from the fallen metal bars and draped plastic pull the viewer inward, guiding attention to the textures of the disarray of the construction/destruction. The photo begs the question, what do we take pictures of and why do we do it?
