From the Artist: "The photo itself was shot about 2 years ago at the south street entrance to the Schuylkill River trail on an iPhone and edited via Instagram. As a photographer, I tend to be drawn to shadows and light because I feel it’s an often overlooked detail in the world around us. And there is often a lot of beauty in those overlooked details."
What We Liked: We liked the mix of patterns within this image. The straight intersecting lines of the railings mixed with the blotchy pattern reflected on the bridge is engaging. The contrast within this image also makes these patterns really stand out.
