Return Policy
1. Services (Film Processing, Scanning/Digitizing, Printing)

All service sales are final. Because these are custom, one-of-a-kind services performed on your original media, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun.

If there is a defect in workmanship (e.g., scanning error, print defect, or processing mistake), we will gladly redo the service at no additional cost.

If redoing the service is not possible, we may offer store credit at our discretion.

Please note: Film sometimes has pre-existing damage, fogging, or exposure issues that are not caused by our process. We cannot be responsible for results due to these factors.
2. Film (Unprocessed, Sealed, or Otherwise)

Film is non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

This applies to all film products, including rolls of 35mm, 120, disposable cameras, instant film, and other formats.

For manufacturer-integrity reasons, we cannot accept film back once sold, even if unopened.

3. Other Physical Products (Frames, Albums, Accessories)

Unopened & unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, with the original receipt.
4. Custom Orders (Large Format Prints, Photo Books, Specialty Items)

Custom orders are non-refundable once produced.

Customers are encouraged to review proofs carefully before approval.

If there is a production defect, we will remake the order at no cost.
5. Timeframes & Proof of Purchase

Returns or exchanges for eligible products must be requested within 14 days.

A physical or digital receipt is required for all returns.

Processing disclaimers: While we handle film and originals with the utmost care, the lab cannot accept liability for materials lost or damaged.
