What We Liked: Celebrations are filled picture-perfect moments— the type of moments you will want to always remember. Here, a boy is caught mid-moment while blowing out his candles. While smoke plumes up, there’s still one more candle to go. Behind him, and slightly out of focus, a younger child watches in envious wonder. The photograph successfully captures a vast amount of action through its quick shutter and careful framing, immortalizing a very sweet moment of youth and excitement.
